ESV Education Volunteer

Educator

As a volunteer Educator, volunteering with the Education Sustainability and Vocational Development Initiative (ESVDI) is a unique experience to create long-lasting change in the lives of school children in marginalized communities. You will benefit from the invaluable opportunity for both personal and career development.

How we will Support You:

  • Comprehensive training before and during your time.
  • Recommendation and support from local communities.
  • Certificate of volunteerism.
  • Monthly Stipends to cover your fare within the community.

Who can Volunteer:

  • Volunteers come from a range of backgrounds. You will require at least a minimum National Certificate of Education (NCE) or its equivalent in a related field plus at least 2 years of experience.

Mentor

Volunteer Mentorship

The Education Sustainability and Vocational Development Initiative (ESVDI) matches every student in our partner secondary schools with a University educated mentor, a personal champion to help them on their journey to college or university and career. You could be that champion.
